last friday:

last day of the interns in our office...the one on the left is the lady boss...you will never guess her age...she got amazing skin..talk about ageing gracefully..lol n behind is our office mascot...mr guan gong affectionately known as the OR...yes he is life size and there have been times when i scare myself when i work late..coz he's standing right in front of the office door..in addition to that there's a buddha statue somewhere..so 2 BIG figurines and many small figurines..u get the idea..

last sat:

photography shoot in progress...i was the kah kia...actually i tagged along partly coz i had never been to sunset grill before...yes.. food keeps me going.. lol in the process of the shoot i passed my cold to maureen..oops! the cold was passed to me by my colleague...anyway, by the time we had dinner, they had NO MORE buffalo wings... *sad* well, my panfried fish wasn't too bad, but not too cheap....considering that we had to drive all the way in, feed the mosquitoes and could constantly smell the toilet, you can't say that we are paying for the ambience rite? haha

last sunday:

the newpaper big walk at marina bay...the thing was supposed to start at 7.30am..so maureen actually arranged for us to meet at 7am at the singapore flyer...well we were late....we only started walking at 8am..but no worries! we finished walking at 9am..the whole journey totally didn't feel like 5km...the starting point was the F1 pit...by the time we walked out of the pit, it was 2km gone...amazing! and when we walked further down the road, it was 1.5km to the end point.. AMAZING...hahaha then the 1.5km to the end point was the longest 1.5 km ever...so we finished the walk in 1hr..lol

the end point was at the marina promenade (if you have not heard of it, it's normal.. it's new..haha) which is somewhere near 1 raffles quay..so thinking that the train station there was 1 of the new circle line stations, we walked in...to find out that tt entrance would lead us to raffles place mrt...the walk to the mrt station was UBER UBER looooong...OMG! we were more tired frm the walk to the mrt station i think.. and and and....the thing is... we were taking the train to city hall so that we could go back to the starting point to collect our goodie bag... so from city hall, we had to walk AGAIN.. ended up we were more tired from the misc walking then from the actual walk itself...

oh ya..because i woke up so early and left house so early for the big walk, nobody at home actually realised that i left house already...my dad actually thought i was still sleeping..until...he wanted to wake me up for lunch..hahahaha

this pix was taken from the camera that maureen was reviewing...it's a great camera coz it's a semipro camera which has the zi4 pai function...meaning u can actually see wad you are taking as you can see the screen...no more of those random guessing as to "are we in the picture?"

as more and more people nowadays are using better cameras, as we demand better quality photos, we can no longer be satisfied with the normal compact digital cameras...somehow the pictures taken with them don't give the depth that comes with the semi-pro or pro cameras...i also very gian to change camera.. but... i'm a bit broke... next time ba..
