qt sad to leave...
coz over the past 6 months
i've learnt many things there
got to noe many pple
spent a lot of time there
so haf built up many memories there...

lucky i wasn't working on tt day...

-try not to do internet txns wif ur credit card...
-if u haf to can request to lower the limit on the card tt u r gg to use for the internet txn to reduce the loss in case of fraud.
-if ur parents or relatives receive the letter from the bank saying tt their card has been compromised
-call back la.... saves us work n u trouble in future...
-update the info given to the bank....
-things like tel nos. n add n company's name...
-easier to contact in case anything wrong n more things to verify.
*u cannot imagine how frustrating it is if u r trying to call a cm n all the nos in the system r not in use*
in this case our first word is always 'F***" haha
-den when u r gg overseas or doing some txns tt u normally dun do...
gif a call to the customer service to ask them to make a note or sth
-easier for them to judge whether ur card is being used illegally ma...
