my ahgong has a legendary temper...
so infamous that his own brothers and sisters shun away from him...
ever since i was young, i could tell that the whole family fears him (*not out of respect*)...
i have heard bits and pieces of her childhood from my mum...
but today i witnessed his legendary temper...
at my cousin's birthday party of all places..
dots..
ok..to be honest..it started with my auntie saying sth to him that made him damn buay song..
but being the old, confused man not in the right state of mind...combined with his legendary temper...
ya..
his cursing is legendary...
from this episode..somehow i kinda feel that my aunties have a lot to 抱怨about him...
maybe they blame him for what happened to my uncle and mum..indirectly la..it's like his children are leaving him one by one...
it's like his cursing in a fit of anger cast some sort of bad karma/energy in the family...
i think maybe my cousins who stay with him have heard it before, seen it before...
fortunately i dun stay with him..hahaha
actually today is the first time that i see my aunties quarrel with him...
normally they will go out of their way to avoid confrontation with him
wow...
长大了真不好玩..

i'm back!!

went to bintan over the long weekend...

so did a lot of other singaporeans..

but ok la..u dun feel the crowd so much...

except at meal times..hahaha

we started on the trip qt excitedly...we wanted to go swimming, jet-skiing, local tour,see firefly, see ~~sunset~~ sunrise....

but it rained...it rained after we went for the local tour....we thought it would stop....but it continued raining...when we rched the hotel the reception said jet-skiing was still available..so we went to the room to change...juz then, thunder rumbled and lightning struck...jet-skiing was cancelled...

so we ended up doing t-shirt painting...

we also zi pai in the hotel room....

oh ya! we also managed to catch the shows on free-to air tv in singapore..channel 5, channel 8, channel u, cna,etc etc..feels like i nv left singapore! hahaha

and it doesn't help that everything there is charged in sgd...

so our bill was.....

$683.65! excluding the local tour and the ferry tickets..ok la..the tour was pretty worth it coz we got a really good massage...

ok..i got very little pix in my camera..coz it's good to have friends who carry thos very pro/semi-pro cameras whose pictures will look better than those taken frm my cam anytime any day...so i juz end up kope-ing their pictures..erhem maureen..thank you! hahahaha

tt was the end of my rainy bintan getaway that made me 500 bucks poorer..hee actually had very little slp over the weekend..not because we were too busy...act i also dunno why..we act slept pretty early...(coz got nth to do at nite)but we kept waking up in the middle of the night..for 2 consecutive nights..and i kept waking up even when i gt back home...jetlag? maybe...but i'm pretty sure this will pass.. i'll concuss from doing that nv ending pile of work in the office....

ok time to say goodnight! it's gonna be another long day tmr...gambatte neh!

my aim: to leave office by 6.30pm..ok..so not possible...possible if i'm by myself...clearing my work...no one to disturb me..shhh..do not disturb!
