below are the pix of the food tt we ate for tt 1 meal alone..not including some, like the shark's mouth and the mango pudding and a soup tt we had..i'm so sorry i dun rmbr some of the names of the food..haha

this is a vegetarian dish..not bad..the gravy is made with saffron..

taiji yam paste..this yam paste is nice because it's not too sweet and not too heavy like the usual yam paste tt we eat..it's rather light so even if u r very very full u'll still be able to finish this..

after the food tasting session we drove up to KL went to this place called sri bintang where there's a chinese medical centre called Nourish-Tech Chinese Medical Centre..they provide services tt are quite holistic.. it's spilt into 3 centres 养正，生活雅方，and 红曲管.

养正 is where u can see the chinese physician for your various ailments and they can do accupunture for you..their accupunture tecnique is really qt unique..unlike a normal accupunture where'll they'll ask u wad's wrong with you before deciding which accupoint to place the needle and the needle has to be place there for a while..with their technique they juz move a pendulum made of a speical kind of material (i dunno wad material coz i dunno the chinese word..haha) over your body..by right the pendulum shud be swinging without anybody moving it..but if it stops moving over a certain area or accupoint it would mean tt the 气 is not 顺 there meaning tt sth is wrong with the body part associated with tt accupoint..den u place a needle at tt accupoint..u muz see it to believe it.. this 养正 is is a family business helmed by the father and mother...

生活雅方 is helmed by the daughter-in-law in the family and focuses on 静心疗法(Naprapathy Meditation). Services provided include 推拿，静心舞蹈，静心香醺，and 静心沐浴。

红曲管is where there's 药膳。。it's basically juz normal food but cooked in such a way tt helps to 调理our body..they probably used some herbs in their food as well..there isn't any seasoning added to the food..very delicious...the son is in charge of this place..

only managed to take pix of a dish..the salad..they used olive oil,lemon juice and i can't rmbr wad in the dressing...

i forgot to take a pix of the exterior of the house when we went in n before we left... but here r some pix from the interior of the house.. it's called 森林疗法 for a good reason..the house is very close to nature apparently the monkeys will even climb into the house if u r not careful to keep your windows n doors closed..haha

balcony of the house..so nice..air is fresh n u get natural aircon..not as commercialised as genting or cameron highlands..this house costs RM800 to rent per night..but it can house 15 pple..so if u go in 1 big group of 15 pple it act costs less than S$30/person...u dun even get this kind of accomodation at hotel 81 for this kind of price sia..

this is not the hse tt we stayed..but another hse tt we visited..it's bigger n more expensive(RM3000) to rent but it can house up to 30pple, so each person pays only abt S$45 still cheaper than Hotel81 ma...

coz the owner of the hse was still aslp, so we went to walk ard the compounds ourselves..beautiful place!

a natural swimming pool..the light green part..the water frm the pool comes from the mountains..do u see the little waterfall in the background? i suppose they filter it n stuff to clean it..but why pple wan to swim there is a mystery to me..it's so cold there...hmm maybe it gets warmer in the afternoons coz i nv experience the temp in the afternoons before..

this pond has the spa fishes inside..so it's a natural spa..

the dog is called 小黄,it's very 乖。。it didn't bark when we were there even tho all of us were strangers..he only came to sniff at us curiously n wag it's tail at us...den when we came out of the house to walk ard the place it was leading us... see it even let me touch n pet it..

act was watching the 少年杨家将 on tv, den when i realised that it has 47 episodes i decided that i din haf the patience to watch it on tv every week..by the time it ends it'll be like oct alr..faintx so i watched it online...so nice..i first knew abt the story of the yang warriors when channel u did a show on the women warriors of the yang family..but it's like the focus was more on the women n not the men..so this one is more on the men of the yang family...nice nice this one..got hu ge, peng yu yan and he run dong n other china pple whom i dun recognise..haha hmm i wonder if the story is real or fictional.. if it's real den it's very sad leh.. imagine u go to war for your emperor, u r so loyal to your emperor, but the emperor in a moment of folly betrays u.. n the saddest thing is if you actually got 7 sons and 4 of them die in the war.. the 1 who din die became a monk..

i din really like the ending of the show..i wished they could haf changed it.. the part where si lang lost his memory..damn..haha as i was telling geri yesterday, the yang warriors died over 2 episodes and 1 episode was when their bodies were returned to their family..soooo sad..so i cried over 3 episodes..
