Learn and apply the standard operating procedures for handling issues
New offers- check interface files with letter of offer and check against the IT system for accuracy. If everything is in place, update the contract record and sign off for checking.
Subletting- check interface files with letter of consent and check against the IT system for accuracy. Raise bill for customer if necessary.
Checking of receipts- check that the daily receipts of payment are consistent with that in the system
Learn to enter accounting entries into the systemSome fees are collected when a customer first applies to lease land from JTC eg. URA fees and SLA fees.
Some accounting entries have to be done when the customer finishes a final survey on the land that they want to lease.

PA started
OMG
so tiring to do PA and give tuition
everyday leave my hse at 730 and the earliest i reach home is 10.15pm
suffering frm a severe lack of sleep
today went for tuition
after tt bought sth to eat in amk hub
my auntie asked me to go over to collect rice dumplings
but i was too tired so i decided to go home
rch home, watch a bit of tv and fell aslp
because i'm so tired everyday i can't even be bothered to go online
hence i din see prof charlie's email
n i forgot abt having to report to him
he probably thot i disaapeared
wahaha
how's PA ar
ok lar
the pple there r qt nice
the whole dept only has 2 guys
n the pple there dressing qt chin chai..
not like those working in the cbd district
all wear until very nice de
another thing is that coz i'm so tired
i always fall aslp during work time
esp if i'm asked to read the SOP
boring sia..
but i miss working in the cbd area
where's there's a lot of cheap n good food
at where i work
i eat everyday at the same place
coz my colleagues like the food there
a bit sianz

oh ya!
den ar the first day i went to work
my supervisor and her assistant were both not ard
supervsior on leave and assistant on mc
so nobody knew wad they were supposed to do with me
wahaha
den after tt when my supervisor came back
tt's like on thurs
she was too bz
so din dare to go disturb her
n she looked qt fierce
den i was thinking does she even noe tt i exist??
haha
den yesterday she came and tok to me for a short while
den i was relieved
coz she knows tt i exist
coz ultimately she's the one grading me
n she's not tt fierce afterall
she asked me wad is she supposed to do..
haha
den during the first week of work everybody was asking me this awkward qn
why did u choose to come here?
well i couldn't possibly say tt because i couldn't get into the companies tt i wanted rite?
ya so it's qt awkward..
oh..
n the HR actually forgot to gif me my staff pass

coz everybody else gets theirs qt quickly
so until now i still haf to stand at the door and wave and hopes tt someone notices me and lets me in..

i went to watch phantom on tues
eh..
the stage setting was awesome!!!
a pity no photography was allowed
den the phantom can really sing very well!!
very zai k...
den i also like the part where the owner of the opera hse were arguing
very funny
but i thot the person who played the role of kristine was a bit disappointing
her voice was ok la
not tt bad
but not tt powerful
i feel tt it doesn't haf the drawing power
and her acting a bit mechanical
maybe the run was too long
den dun haf much feelings alr...
ohswells...
overall not too bad la
act diff pple watching the same performance can look at diff things
like my fren who was watching wif me
she was frm band
so she was taking note of the symphonic band
den got some parts she say went out of tune
dunno which instrument la
haha
i din notice it
but den again i'm not tt musically inclined either
haha
den i was looking out more for the setting the props the acting and stuff
den ar i spent a lot of money on phantom k
the programme booklet cost me $25
and then i saw the really cute bear
so i bought it
it cost $30
i muz haf been too tired tt day
to be so insane to spend so much money
muahaha
my $30 bear...it's called the white phantom!!wahaha
so cute!!haha
lame rite..nvm la
den it's made in china..
so the bear prob cost like $2 n i spent $29 on the words phantom of the opera
haha

went to hougang mall juz now wif my mum
coz she wanted to try the la mian there
coz it was recommended on tv
anw it was qt disappointing
the la mian was overcooked
not q at all..
den the wonton had sooo much skin and so little meat
no satisfaction...
first time i cannot finish my bowl of la mian
it's at this place called xiao xuan feng
it's not xuan4 at all man...
i din really like the xiao long bao also
coz it had too little soup in it
the the couple who sat at the table next to us kept saying their food is nice
bleahz~
den we also ordered their signature puffs
i think it shud be qt nice when hot
but unfortunately we were too full to eat it
so we dapao it home
by then it was cold n soggy alr
haha
but there was this dessert stall..
we ordered their milk pudding and egg pudding
qt nice!!

our usual seat in S3-SR2
went for wine appreciation workshop yesterday
the facilitator looks so young
until we thot he was from the wine appreciation society
haha
but i thot the workshop was qt useful
learnt a lot abt wine
drank a lot of wine
haha
den the day before went back to AJ to watch the juniors perform
eh much better than the one i saw 2 yrs ago
they tried this new thing called the forum theatre
qt interesting
means that they will act out the story once
den the ending very sad de
after tt they will ask the audience which parts they would like to change and ask someone to go change it
at first the juniors were so afraid that nobody will volunteer
so they asked us the seniors to help
ended up the people whom we sabo-ed to go din dare to go
wahaha
but we were qt surprised coz the audience was actually qt on!
like there wasn't any awkward waiting
they juz went up and had fun...
so funny!!
but they were qt unlucky also coz halfway thru their performance
the stage lights fused
muz be forgot to bai bai
so they only had white lights for the rest of the performance
den i also bought 6 pairs of FBTs when i went back to aj
the bookshop auntie was like qt stunned
haha
today supposed to go sentosa with my mum
but last min she say dun wan to go le
dunno if it has sth to do wif my black face last nite
oops! it wasn't done on purpose
nvm now i can slack at home
nan de i stay home on a sunday..

my neighbour's cat..my cats haf a love-hate relationship wif it..they are scared of it n at the same time they r curious..so they will always hide in one corner to look at it..so they will stare at each other for hrs..haha
these 2 weeks haf been crazy
packed wif tuition...
anw yesterday went out wif maureen n jy
ate the cheesecake at goodwood park hotel
deeelicious!!
den ate the bento at sakae
coz for uob cardholders is buy 3 bentos n get the 4th one free!!
n ended up we had a difficult time finishing up all the 4 bentos
spend all my money on food yesterday
haha
den this morning went to report at jtc
coz they sent an email asking us to report
so i asked a very stupid qn
"r we starting work today?"
apparently for the nus pple their internship starts today
den i told the lady abt ntu starting next week
den she said
"yaya we were expecting u next week..i'm qt surprised u came today.."
haha

but today got tuition frm afternoon till nite

otherwise can start earlier n end earlier den got more time to relax n enjoy my holiday

n the best part is it's very near my hse!!

esp between my parents

sometimes i think tt if a couple turns out like this
it's really a very miserable thing
why continue being together?
for the sake of habit
or bcoz there's no better alternative?
or bcoz of interdependence on each other?
the crux of it lies in the word M-O-N-E-Y
if both were independent of each other
i honestly doubt they'll still be together
even for the sake of the children
i dun think so...
and sometimes u'll think tt it's actually better tt they r separated
spare them the agony of having to stand each other...
so moral of the story is
before u decide to marry someone
u muz decide if u can live with the flaws that the person has
it could be sth small
but somehow marriage has a way of making a small flaw become a big flaw
was sabo-ed unintentionally by a student
wasn't thinking str
out of goodwill i wanted to gif her extra lessons
but since there wasn't space in the ctr
thot i can teach her outside
den she go tell the boss abt it

now the boss prob thinks i'm trying to poach his students
n i prob wun make it past the probabtion period
n the best part is i'm not even paid for it...
den the best part was us spending so much time trying to fit her into the ctr's timetable
n all the time could have been spent teaching her wad she wasn't clear of
den there wouldn't haf been any of the trouble in the first place
dumb lishan!
den i came home told my mum abt it
got a scolding frm her too
she said it was my fault too
nv discuss with the ctr pple
honestly i dun really dun understand some pple
studying shud be done for urself
if u haf no motivation to study
no matter how much others push u u'll nv score
as tho pple owe u in their previous lives like tt
still muz san chui si qing one
if u keep missing tuition bcoz of other commitments
u'll probably need a private tutor who's flexible enuff to cater to ur needs
i dun mind teaching weak students
as long as they are willing to learn
willing to ask qns
however i mind teaching attitude students
students who dun gif a damn

i'm not the one studying wad
i've been there done tt
so it's nth to me anymore
the problem with tuition is i'm doing it for the money
as are most other undergraduate tutors
so i totally haf no passion, no patience for pple wasting my time
if u cum n be totally unproductive
it makes me fed up
bcoz tt's wasting my time
n i could haf spent it doing other things
which may not be productive
but at least it's sth tt i like doing
hmmm sometimes i think i'll go crazy if i dun leave my house
which is why i haf perfectly no qualms abt leaving
to go somewhere else
sg is juz too small
homesick?
probably not...

like wad not to take wif wad
like they said the readings for corporate financing law are crazy
until they dun count their readings by pages
instead they count it in dollars
can u imagine how many pages is tt??

n tt's the module tt i wan to take
den someone said i shouldn't take corp finance wif derivatives
oh shit!
