and so imf has ended juz like tt..
wif a bang for the delegates
n a call tt says "u dun haf to cum anymore from tmr onwards" for the student volunteers
so sad..
i was expecting to enjoy my last 2 days at rendezvous
no proper closure...
but oh well...
oh we get to collect a goodie bag..
but i dunno when am i gg back to collect
has to be within these few days i guess
b4 they start packing up n leave...
i guess with every event tt u take part in..
feelings of friendship n comraderie will develop
i muz say tt i'll miss them
the student volunteers n the saf guys..

my resolution to do my tutorials fell apart
all coz of the superb-ly nice weather yesterday
i fell aslp while reading the 215 notes
den after tt i got stuck on the tutorial
i ended up only looking at the recorded lec for 102
den i wanted to look at the recording for this week
but they haven't posted it yet..
so i guess i'll haf to wait till the end of this week to look at it..
den fell aslp while trying to do my ppt slides for 241
can't believe tt i can fall aslp in front of the laptop..

anw i haf a 241 presentation on wed
n my gp only had the meeting today
we r qt efficient wor
within 2 hrs we finished discussing and split up the work
but i haf the afternoon shift tmr
so i doubt i'll haf much time to prepare for it...

the other day while i was staring at the road looking at the buses outside the hotel
i came across an advert for the korean tourism board

i still can't remember...

so it has chosen to delete away non important stuff like names of korean stars

the other day i was juz gg for dinner during my shift when this couple approached me n asked me where was summer-sth hotel

den after tt while i was looking out for the shuttle buses this lady asked me where was raffles hotel
i din noe too...

altho i've been awake for more than 20hrs..
i can't really feel it..
i'm not tt mentally drained
but i noe tt the moment my head hits the sack
i'll concuss for the next 10 hrs..

had the morning shift this morning or rather yesterday morning
woke up at 0430
crazy rite..
den spent my time being bus marshall-ing
stand until legs so tired
n i've got a super duper blur ic
she ask me abt the frequency of the buses

anw after my shift i went to gif tuition
surprisingly i din fall aslp
dunno if it's due to the coffee or the nap tt i took on the train

den after tt i went for another tuition..
den after tt my auntie called to say tt she's gg for the dinner which was meant to be a early birthday celebration or my bro
so i had a super short tuition
n 1 dinner
afterwhich i went for another dinner
den when i was bringing my cus to join the rest of my aunties
i thot i looked more like a young mother than his cuz
somemore i was wearing the imf suit

den after dinner
e stood outside heeren for like half an hr trying to decide on our after dinner activities
as usual for my aunts
they like to digress n digress
so the decision?
go to my auntie's hse
free n got entertainment...
n i decided i dun wan to go...
too stoned..
my aunty damn cute...

n she bu fang xin i go home alone
ask me to take cab...
or ask me to wait for my uncle to wash up den send me home..
i was thinking i could haf reached home by then..

i think ar contacts really make a ger vain leh...
i nv used to be bothered abt how i look in my specs
but after getting to used to seeing myself in contacts i thot i look awful wif specs
n especially in specs n make up
n the worse part is i can't see my makeup when i dun wear contacts
so i'm juz blindly putting makeup

but i still wun be wearing contacts la i guess...
until maybe 1 or 2 weeks later... or so...
until my eyes recover la

went for imf on mon n tues
ok la..
the pple there r nice...
n good to crap wif..
n we got to sit...

altho for the 1000th time i wonder y we need to take note of the shuttle bus timing n report upwards..

den yest for some reason
my eyes suddenly became very dry
den on the way home it started tearing non stop the moment i closed my eyes on the mrt
n it was only my right eye
i think the pple sitting opp me muz haf thot tt i was bullied or sth
haha
den it got betta when i reached woodlands
den while waiting for the bus
an auntie saw me in my imf uni n started toking to me
den she was telling me her life story..
ok maybe not life..
but her job story...
den coz i had to open my eyes thru out
my eyes started gettign dry again..
hmm wad is it abt the imf uni tt inspires such confidences..
haha
or was it the badge tt said "i can help!"
den anw i was nv so happy to take out my contact lenses when i reached home..
den my eyes became qt sensitive to light esp the light from the monitor
it was torture for me to print my investment notes coz my eyes were so sensitive...
den i thot it would get better if i went to sleep
but this morning i could barely open my eyes..
i was feeling my way to the toilet n thru my bath
now i definitely noe it's no good to be blind
coz i can't see the time n everything else
den on my way to sch my eyes were so swollen tt i think qt a lot of pple stared at me
but i couldn;t be bothered
but my right side was my blindside
coz it was practically closed
i thot since it was my off day i shud go for the investment lesson
but turned out the lights near the projector screen was too glaring for my sensitive eyes
tt i was listening to the lesson wif my eyes closed
n guess wad happened?
i fell asleep
thruout most of the lesson..
makes me wonder y i went for the lesson today..
my eyes were so small tt everyone was commenting tt i looked very tired..
even tho i slept thru the lesson..
luckily it got better in the afternoon after lunch
den it wasn't so swollen n sensitive
i actually wanted to go to the doctor's
but when i went there doc was out to lunch
so i went for tuition..
i'll see how the situation goes..
if i wake up like tt again tmr den i'll go see the doc
but now i'm alright i guess..
i can even type such a long entry..

have been down wif flu this few days..
i think my alr weak immune system from all the stress and late nites juz crashed when my mum passed the flu bug to me..
haha
past 2 days i was sniffing and sneezing away while trying to complete my lagging tutorials n gg for tuition
now i haf a cough
so horrible..

n we r having a bbq
next 2 weeks i'll be gg for imf
hope i get well b4 den..
altho i said tt i'm qt bored by the whole thing
but since i signed up for it
i might as well be in good shape for it
n make the most (money n experience) out of it...

i think i'm fast approaching my threshold
i'm even finding it difficult to find time to do my tutorials...
who says 3 days week means plenty of time for tutorials...
so i'm lagging in my work...

so i'm actually qt happy i'm missing my acc quiz..
i'll juz haf to study a little harder for my exam i guess

coz i think it's a very enjoyable class
altho i haf to wake up early
the trainer is covering dressing for interviews and stuff for the last lesson
n we r suppose to wear wadever we'll wear to an interview to the class

biz law is also another module that i truly enjoy...

i really miss the ipho days
not because of anything
but because i was truly rested den
i might have been tired physically
but my mind was really rested...
