i swear that the sch has sth against my slippers..
today is the 2nd time that my slippers broke in sch
bright n early in the morning somemore...

the staples really came off at 530 when my lesson ended..
i was hoping that it can last me all the way home so that i dun haf to buy a new pair of shoes
turned out i was wrong...
den went to jp wanting to buy a pair of decent slippers or sandals at a very cheap price
no luck
the nice ones were expensive
ended up buying a pair of so-so sandals at 19.90

a sign that i shud haf bought the nice pair of pumps tt i saw at cine yesterday...

but considering the state of my bank acc
i really shouldn't be spending until my next tuition money comes in..

expecting him to go tell his mum

it's amazing that my gut feeling can fail me at very instance that u can think of
but there's 1 situation in which it has nv failed me

went to ntu to paint the backdrop on sun
u cannot imagine how big the damn backdrop is
anw i went in the afternoon
muz really say tt i admire shi hui wen chuan n bernice
the 3 of them painted half the backdrop in 3 hrs
n IN THE HOT SUN
like where did the rest of the pple go
den after tt i joined in
i left ntu at 1030pm
like wad the bloody hell
tracy still expected us to hold the comm meeting n take pics for her

if we had done tt we would haf to paint in the dark
den woke up the next day wif hell of a muscle ache
this ger hasn't exercised ever since the last blue moon
den due to my late nites i got real dark eye circles
den eileen sp n her fren commented tt i look like i was wearing purple eyeshadow

so happy!!

anw in my cha dian blog, which apparently nobody bothered to go n see which made it a failed publicity attempt, my senior n director wrote this entry which i thot really reflected some of wad i felt
since she was writing from the production point of view
"It was a bittersweet day today, for it was the very last informal rehearsal with only Kristina, Sihui and Lily who joined in to provide some moral support. The rest had their last rehearsals on Sunday.
I think this production has taken quite a toll on many of us. Many of us have fallen sick, a phenomenon unprecendented in my years of being involved in Chadian.
To all my cast members and everyone else involved in the productuon, please take good care of yourselves! Rest well and eat well, k? Not only for the production, but for your personal well-being.
And looking at what Chadian 7 has gone through, it is little wonder why this is so. Recounting the steps we took, Chadian began preparations early last year. Jimson and I joined in in June, when we realised that the committee was looking for scripts. So we began writing the play after our storyboard was accepted, and this scriptwriting process took a grand total of 10 months to complete, with Jimson and I meeting up 2 to 3 times a day to complete it. Meanwhile, rehearsals started in early January. However, what followed was months of struggle when actors started pulling out due to various reasons, and we had to continue searching for replacements. Shortly after, Jimson pulled out too due to personal reasons, leaving me to direct alone. Meanwhile, the committe was facing difficulties getting the logistics going. After much frustration and deliberation, the date of the performance was pushed from June to August. While many have left mid-way by no fault of theirs, there were others who stuck with the production through thick and thin, sacrificing their time and effort for the production.
In short, we emerged like a battered child. However, we must be that underdog that succeeds in the end.
Imagine, all that hard work and all that ’suffering’ - all for 2 days of performance.
It’s a funny thing really, how months and months of hard work only results in such a short period of glory. Yet one thing’s certain, that this will be an experience that will be treasured and remembered for years to come.
So to everyone involved in Chadian 7 - give your best and make it work. We have a mission in staging this performance, and we spare no expense in striving to achieve that.

yup the juniors haf taken to calling pearlyn mama coz she always mothering them

wad i haf to add on is that halfway thru
we even entertained thots of giving up
but the thot of 1 yr of efforts gg down the drain n also the non-refundable deposit tt we put down on rental made us strive on...
even then we had many problems like MIA pple
but we haf overcome them n as the performance date is nearing
we haf done wadever tt we could within our limits
so even if we haf to perform to only one person
we will still do our best!
but no doubt a bg audience does wonders in boosting morale..
hehe

today had a loong day..
woke up early in the morning to get the posters from marc..
yesterday was the first time in my memory that i ever felt so pissed that my first reaction when i saw the msg was f*** off
tt is a pretty impressive feat considering that li shan doesn't use words of tt magnitude in anger often...
nvm shall not entertain negative thots...
den went for tuition den went to look at e practices
altho i haf no idea y i go there every sun when there's nth much for me to do
nvm la gif moral support...
wah~ finally passed the books to e & e
was giving me unneccesary stress this whole week...

and i haven't even bathe yet...
oh i'm so sleepy...

this an extremely challenging area of the law blah blah blah with little or no clear ans...........t's is recommended that only students with an interest in b law n r able to cope wif heavy workloads take this course....
